RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS; FREE GOODS / SERVICE. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL TAKE ALL MEASURES TO CLEAR ANY DISCREPANCIES ARISING AT THE CUSTOMER END. THE MATTER WILL BE RESOLVED IN A CIVILIZED AND PROPER MANNER BY BOTH PARTIES. IF A CUSTOMER USES VIOLENT AND IMPERTINENT LANGUAGE OVER THE PHONE OR TO THE STAFF FOR ANY REASON, THE BAKERY HOLDS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER WITHOUT ANY COMMENSATION. CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUESTED TO CALL ON THE GIVEN NUMBERS FOR CONFIRMING THEIR ORDER. DUE TO A LARGE QUANTITY OF ONLINE QUERIES WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RESPOND INSTANTANEOUSLY.

DELIVERY POLICY

BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION OF DELIVERY CHARGES. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY TAKES GREAT EFFORTS TO PROCURE, BAKE AND STYLE THE CAKES TO PERFECTION; THEREFORE UTMOST SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT DURING TRANSIT FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER REQUIRES SPECIAL CARE. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY DECIDES THE MODE OF TRANSPORT FOR THE TRANSFER, WHICH IS EITHER A MOTORBIKE OR A VAN. THEREFORE, THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR OUR REGULAR ORDERS VARY FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION AND FOR THE TYPE OF VEHICLE USED FOR THE TRANSFER. THE DELIVERY CHARGES ARE APPLIED PER LOCATION. IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO GET THE ORDER DELIVERED AT ONE LOCATION AND MONEY TO BE COLLECT FROM ANOTHER, EITHER DOUBLE DELIVERY CHARGES WILL APPLY, SINCE THERE ARE TWO LOCATIONS, OR THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY TO FIX ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE CAKE DURING TRANSFER. IN HOUSE AND 3RD PARTY

DELIVERY SERVICE

APART FROM OUR IN HOUSE DELIVERY SERVICE, RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY USUALLY PARTNERS WITH OUTSIDE DELIVERY PARTIES FROM TIME TO TIME FOR DELIVERY OF GOODS. THE CUSTOMER ORDER CAN BE PLACED AT RED RIDING HOOD VENUES, WEBSITE, APP, FACEBOOK, WHATSAPP, VIBER AND EMAIL OR AT THE 3RD PARTY, IN BOTH CASES RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL DECIDE TO EITHER ENGAGE THE IN-HOUSE DELIVERY SERVICE OR THE 3RD PARTY SERVICE. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DELIVERY TIME AND THE CONDITION IN THAT THE ORDER HAS REACHED THE LOCATION IF THE ORDER HAS COME THROUGH THE 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE. WE ARE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS SHOULD A CUSTOMER LIKE TO SHARE THEIR FEEDBACK REGARDING THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH THE 3RD PARTY DELIVERY, AS IT WILL GREATLY IMPACT OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THEM. CUSTOMIZED ORDER PRICES ARE BASED ON MATERIAL USED, WORKING HOURS AND EFFORT. FOR EVERY ORDER PLACED, THE CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO PAY 50% ADVANCE AND REMAINING AT PICK UP/ DELIVERY WHILE 100% ON URGENT ORDERS WITH A SPAN OF 24 HOURS. THE CUSTOMER CAN CANCEL THE ORDER��IN 1 HOUR OF PLACEMENT BUT THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THEIR ADVANCE DEPOSIT. AS PER OUR NO RETURN POLICY THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THE BAKERY FOR THE SAME VALUE. IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED ONE DAY BEFORE THE ORDER DATE ADVANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER. A PICK UP ORDER GIVEN ON THE PHONE, WITHOUT ANY ADVANCE, WILL BE RESERVED FOR 1 HOUR, AFTER WHICH IT WILL BE SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE LOOK OF THE CAKE RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL TAKE ALL MEASURES TO DISCUSS THE DIFFERENCE AND MAKE AMENDMENTS TO THE CAKE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO GIVE ADEQUATE TIME TO THE BAKERY STAFF TO MANAGE THAT CHANGE.

WEDDING CAKES

ALL WEDDING CAKES WILL BE PLACED WITH 50% ADVANCE DEPOSIT. DELIVERY CHARGES WILL APPLY AS PER THE AREA. IN CASE OF DELIVERY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE ASKED TO PAY IN FULL ALONG WITH THE DELIVERY CHARGES. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUESTED TO SIGN A WEDDING CAKE ORDER FORM TO ENSURE BOTH PARTIES HAVE AGREED TO THE SAME BRIEF. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY ALSO OFFERS TRAINED CHAUFFEURS FOR HIRE FOR AN HOUR FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROPER CAKE SLICING FOR THE EASE OF YOUR GUESTS.

EID ORDERS

FOR ALL ORDERS THE CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO PAY 100% ADVANCE. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL BE TAKING DELIVERY ORDERS. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH VOLUME OF SUCH ORDERS THE DELIVERIES WILL FOLLOW THE ROUTE MAP HENCE THE TIME OF EACH DELIVERY WILL VARY ACCORDINGLY, HOWEVER, THE DELIVERIES ALL EID DELIVERIES WILL BE COMPLETED BY THE 3RD DAY OF EID. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL NOT BE MAKING DELIVERIES FOR ANY REGULAR OR CUSTOM ORDERS DURING EID.

RETURNS

FOOD ITEMS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE RETURNED EVEN IF THEY ARE UNTOUCHED OR IN THE SAME CONDITION OR DAMAGED OR IF A CUSTOMER CHANGES OPINION TO GO FOR A FLAVOR CHANGE, AS IT WILL NOT BE SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS. IF THE CUSTOMER BRINGS A DAMAGED CAKE BACK TO THE BAKERY FOR REPAIR, EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AS PER THE AMOUNT OF FIXING IT NEEDS. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS, FREE GOODS/ SERVICE. RED RIDING HOOD BAKERY WILL TAKE ALL MEASURES TO CLEAR ANY DISCREPANCIES ARISING AT THE CUSTOMER END. THE MATTER WILL BE RESOLVED IN A CIVILIZED AND PROPER MANNER BY BOTH PARTIES.

SPECIAL OCCASION / EID ORDERS:
